Booking Policies
Please read carefully before booking. By booking an appointment with Styled By Chee, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below.
Deposit & Payments
- A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- The deposit goes toward your total service cost.
- The remaining balance must be paid after your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Hair Prep Requirements
- Please arrive with your hair washed and thoroughly detangled.
- Blow-drying is included in the service.
- Detangling costs an extra $15 if hair is not properly detangled.
- Hair should be free of heavy oils or product buildup.
Lengths & Style Availability
- Waist-length and butt-length styles are available.
- Small styles that require extensions are no longer offered.
- Please select the correct length and size when booking to avoid delays.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
Late Policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- There is a 20-minute grace period.
- After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
- Late arrivals may need to reschedule depending on time availability.
Booking & Communication
- All bookings must be made through the booking site.
- If needed, a message must be sent before booking for inquiries.
- Please feel free to ask questions regarding your appointment ahead of time.
Guests & Appointment Etiquette
- No extra guests are allowed without prior approval.
- Please do not bring guests to your appointment without my knowledge.
- This helps ensure a smooth, focused, and timely service.
Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
- If there is an issue, please contact me within 24 hours with clear photos.
